This week will be a fun week to share with you all! I will be very busy, but will try to take some time to share with you in detail my great days ahead. This week VBS starts at my school! I am very excited about the opportunity to lead my own little group of three boys! I think that it will be great! I have two boys that are in third grade and one that is in Kindergarten. I think this should be interesting and fun! Not only am I excited about leading my own group, but I am excited to see my boyfriend who will be leading a lot of the teachings throughout the week! Our theme for the week is taking a voyage into God's word. (I don't know the exact title but it is something like that) So, the theme is really pirates and ships, but of course we are not saying that they are pirates because of the negative connotation. Anyway, so I have heard for a couple of years now how great the Spivey boys are with the children, (One of the Spiveys is my boyfriend, they are brothers.) but I have never seen them in action. So this should also be fun and exciting! I have posted a picture for you to be able to see them from last year in action!
But my week does not stop with vacation bible school, I will be working all week, and on top of that I have an interview on Tuesday! I am so excited and nervous about that! We will see how things go! :)
Most importantly I am most excited about finishing my week up with taking my comprehensive exams for graduate school! Just one step closer to being done! :) I will catch you all up throughout the week to let you know how everything goes! Busy week, and need prayer!
Busy week is right! Man, I wish I could see ya'll in action at VBS too! That's awesome you are doing that! I'm so excited for you about your interview! I told you the Lord had a plan and even if this doesn't work out, there will be something else. I so excited for you to dive into the world of teaching so we can stay close and share ideas and what not. Exciting! I am super anxious about Saturday's comps. I am still very unsure of it all and I know there is a lot riding on it! We will definately need a lot of prayer to make it through that! Keep me posted!
